AppExtremes is pleased to announce the launch of our knowledgebase.

The AppExtremes Knowledgebase has more than 250 articles created by our support team from best practices, support cases, and documentation. The knowledgebase is regularly updated, expanded, and refined to help make sure that you have access to the very latest information.

The Home Page

There are five parts to the home page:

1. The AppExtremes Logo and the "Home" tab will return you to the home page
2. The Narrow Search dropdowns let you filter your result set
3. "Please send us your question" lets you create a support case
4. The Search Box is used to submit your query
5. The center section returns Article Headers.
    On the home page it will show you the 5 most viewed articles of the past 30 days.

Searching for an Article

1. Perform a search by entering the keywords in the Search Box.
2. The knowledgebase may offer a set of up the three recommended solutions
3. Below that it will show the full lists of results
4. You can further filter the result set in the left sidebar



Viewing an article

Clicking on the hyperlink for an article will display the article contents. An example is shown below.

1. The article detail is shown in the center panel.
2. A list of Related Articles is shown in the left sidebar
3. You can share the article via email or print a copy using the icons on the upper right.
4. In addition, at the bottom of the screen (not shown) you can indicate if the article answered your question or offer feedback on it if it did not.


Creating a Case

If you select the "Please Send Us Your Question" link on the home page, the following screen will appear.

Enter your question and press "Ask." The following screen will appear.

The knowledgebase will suggest potential answers to your question which you can view by clicking on their hyperlinks. If none of them are appropriate simply press the "Yes, submit my question" button. You will be prompted for your contact information and a case will be submitted to AppExtremes support.
